Chapeau: vers 9 cm, blanchâtre à crème ochracé, velouté.
Tubes: crème grisâtre, brun chocolat. Pores concolores.
Stipe: blanchâtre à taches ochracées brunâtres et squamules concolores au chapeau.
Chair: blanche subimmuable.
Habitat: sous bouleaux.
